MODULE 1

Breath

Create space before you create change.

This module is about slowing down your nervous system and quieting the mental noise that’s been running the show.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Step out of constant urgency and overwhelm

  • Calm your mind so you can think clearly again

  • Stop reacting and start responding intentionally

  • Practice a BLOOM breath meditation to create a calm mind — because clarity begins with calm

This is where clarity begins, not through thinking harder, but through creating space.

MODULE 2

Let Go

Release what’s been weighing you down.

Once you’ve slowed things down, you’ll start identifying the beliefs, habits, and patterns that are keeping you stuck.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Recognize what no longer fits the version of you you’re becoming

  • Release pressure, expectations, and self-judgment

  • Let go without guilt or shame

This module creates lightness, mentally and emotionally, so you’re not building your future on old weight.

MODULE 3

Observe

Build awareness so you can move forward with intention.

Instead of trying to “fix” yourself, this module is about understanding yourself.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Notice how your time, energy, and emotions are actually being spent

  • Recognize patterns, triggers, and cycles you may not have seen before

  • Shift from autopilot to awareness

Clarity deepens when you stop guessing and start observing.

MODULE 4

Open Up

Reconnect with what you actually want.

This module helps you move beyond conditioning and reconnect with what feels true for you.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Explore desires you may have pushed aside or ignored

  • Open yourself up to new possibilities without pressure

  • Rebuild trust in your inner voice

  • Experience a guided BLOOM meditation to visualize success and see new possibilities for your path forward

This is where hope and excitement begin to return, naturally, not forced.

MODULE 5

Map Out

Turn clarity into action that feels doable.

With awareness and clarity in place, you’ll create a realistic plan that fits your life, not someone else’s expectations or societal pressure.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Break big goals into small, manageable steps

  • Create momentum without burnout

  • Move forward with confidence instead of overwhelm

This is where intention becomes action, calmly, confidently, and sustainably.

I'm Laura Pichardo

I’ve always been passionate about helping people overcome what’s holding them back. Even when my career took me into public relations and later the corporate world, that passion never left me. During that chapter of my life, everything looked successful from the outside, but on the inside, I was deeply unhappy, unhealthy, and disconnected from myself.

When I finally slowed down and listened to myself, everything began to change. Creating space, letting go, and finding clarity before taking action ultimately led me to coaching — and became the foundation of what is now BLOOM.

I created this program for people who are capable, thoughtful, and ready for more, but feel stuck or unsure of their next step. If that’s you, I’m really glad you’re here — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you begin this next chapter.
